One time when I went back Hong Kong, I heard this fast food chain opened its first store in Hong Kong, and it got really good ratings as quoted from my friends “this is what a burger should be.” Well, I have never had freshness burger in Hong Kong. Why not give it a shot?
I had an avocado burger and a smoothie.
The burger is not pre-made and they only start making the burger after you place your order to keep the “freshness” of the burger.
I got the smoothie pretty quick, but it took them a while to make the burger.
The avacado is huge and the patty is pretty juicy! It is definitely a Japanese type of burger, but it is a good burger! I hardly imagine I could find this kind of burger anywhere in the States. Why? The burger is sweeter. Americans burger tend to be sourer because of the ketcup and pickles. Japanese burgers are always sweeter in taste.
I would still give it a four stars for the deliciousness!
