Hiroshima – Japanese-Chinese Food 中華料理

2015-06-12 (Hiroshima – Japanese-Chinese Food)

Even though we arrived in the bus station like 10 minutes, early, we were actually waiting on the opposite side of the freeway.

We didn’t notice this until the very last minute before the bus actually left the station.
We ran for our lives and jade-walked across a couple streets and intersections and completely ignored all the traffic signals to get to the right station and on the bus. Xp
We were all AMAZING RUNNERS lol

Our first meal in Hiroshima was surprisingly not Hiroshima yaki, but Chinese food (actually it’s Japanese-Chinese food)!

I have NO IDEA why a cold served salad in served in a steam basket, which was designed for hot food. We don’t even have salad in Chinese food.

One thing we were glad about though was that the waiter spoke Chinese and we could use a combination of both Japanese and Chinese when we were ordering. (We are very multilingual)
