I had to wake up early this morning to check out. Check out is at 10 am. Well, pretty nice motel experience.
David
Waited for more than an hour to get the ticket to visit the museum in Gallery of Academy in Florence, Italy. The ticket also includes the admission to the Music Gallery inside the museum.
Of course, the best part … Michael Angelo’s masterpiece David!
The whole sculpture is around two adults height. It is very huge, but every part has a lot of details, which makes this piece really incredible.
Lunch!
Full Set of Italian Lunch, First + Second + Desert + Soda – For just 17 Euros
I didn’t know spaghetti was only a first dish (I thought it already was the main course).
Second – Pork
Dessert – Tiramisu
San Lorenzo Market
It was closed the day I went because New Year Day is a public holiday. This place is a lot like street market on the outside, but inside the actual building, there are a couple fine dining on the top story.
Rome!
As always, Italian ticket machines don’t like Americans. If you choose English option menu, you will never be able to purchase a ticket. You need to choose 100% Italian menu option, then guess the next steps or just memorize all the steps from the English menu. Don’t try on a single machine more than twice. If it doesn’t work twice, it means it is broken. Try another one!
43 Euros From Florence to Rome. Not Business class this time, but if you compare the plane ticket from San Francisco to Los Angeles, it is well worth it.
When I arrive the hostel, it is already 8 pm. I just walked around the area to see the nearby attractions and to found something to eat.
