Three passports, three cities, three countries, one day.
Leaving Berlin early in the morning from the hostel.
Just a short bus transfer after the train ride. Really convenient!
KLM Lunch Set
Amsterdam Airport
Finally I get enough mileages to get elite status and get into the sky priority line.
Flying back to America!
Amsterdam airport: the best airport I have Ben to so far.
I have been to so many counties again this trip!
Chicago!! I am back in the US!!
I feel so comfortable and familiar when people around me are speaking accent free American English. 😀 Feels like Home!
Really fancy subway system that takes NFC payment.
That’s me!! haha!
I initially wanted to go to the Buckingham Fountain, but on that day, there was a marathon event going on. I couldn’t get to that side of the park.
Millenium Park
Chicago’s landmark. Most of the city’s famous attractions are here – Cloud Gate, Crown Fountain, Lurie Garden, Jay Pritzker Pavilion etc.
Cloud Gate
Landmark of the city and a prime example of innovative public art. Often nicknamed as ‘The Bean’.
Navy Pier
The pier now serves as a public meeting place, cultural venue and amusement park. Loads of things to do for everyone!
This concludes my 2nd round the world trip. Thank you everyone of supporting my website and people who gave me generous advices on trip planning (and of course my trip companions! there are too many names to list out…). Special thanks to Kasper, Magnus, and Julie for hosting when I was in Europe. My trip wouldn’t have been that amazing without you guys! I hope I will get the chance to visit my friends from all over the world again! (I won’t stop traveling! :D)
