Like China, in Japan, we also have a week of national Golden Week holiday. As we expect it would be really crowded to go anywhere within Japan, we decided to go to another country – Taiwan!

Even though I have been to Taiwan before, this Taiwan trip is gonna be really exciting because this time we are travelling the whole Taiwan from the top to bottom!

Apparently, our hotel is located in a pretty shady area. On the bright side, there is a night market always available to us =]

Taiwanese style sausages: there are a lot of different flavor dipping sauces, which are all really awesome! Personally favorite: garlic sauce and lemongrass sauce.

Face-sized Fried Chicken: As the name suggests, the size of fried chicken is as huge as a human face. =p

It is one of the famous dishes from Taiwan. Apparently, all of my friends really liked it.

The ingredients include pork liver, intestines, stomach … the list just goes on and on and I can’t imagine people are eating all of these together D:
